SERVES 4-6
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbs sesame seeds toasted
- 3 spring onions finely sliced
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1.2 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 350g fine green beans
- 125g-mange tout
METHOD
- Toast the sesame seeds until golden
- Combine sesame seeds, spring onions, garlic, soy, sesame oil, honey and ginger in a bowl.
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Add beans and cook for 3 minutes, add mange tout and boil for another minute.
- Drain and refresh under cold water.
- Add dressing and serve.
