Serves 6 - 8

Ingredients

  • 5 leeks, finely sliced
  • 1 pkt woolies chopped cauliflower, cooked
  • 2 cups tussers cheese
  • 4 jumbo eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • parmesan cheese, grated for on top

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Sauté the leek in oil until soft.
  3. Add all other ingredients and stir.
  4. Either pour into your soufflé ramekins and bake for about 15-20 minutes or a large ramekin for 40 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
