Serves 6 - 8
Ingredients
- 5 leeks, finely sliced
- 1 pkt woolies chopped cauliflower, cooked
- 2 cups tussers cheese
- 4 jumbo eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- parmesan cheese, grated for on top
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sauté the leek in oil until soft.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Either pour into your soufflé ramekins and bake for about 15-20 minutes or a large ramekin for 40 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
